- In 2000, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, majoring in Kazakh language and literature, and from 2000 to 2002, she studied at the University for a master's degree in Kazakh language and literature
- She started his career as a trainee-applicant at the Department of "Kazakh literature" of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Scientific and pedagogical experience-18 years.
- She is an experienced specialist in organizing research, educational and methodological work of students. Textbooks related to the history, literature, and culture of the sovereign country are used in the educational process of Republican universities, for example, the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
- The main content of scientific and pedagogical activity is reflected in scientific articles, manuals and textbooks.
- Students are attracted by the peculiarities of the development of modern literature, thematic channels and author's searches in it, conducting search work in the network of individual works of art and the work of poets and writers. The scientific works of the students of the department are published in the collections of individual conferences.
- K. Tamabayeva is one of the leading performers of the program "National Education" and "Ruhani zhangyru" in the country. In addition, it deals not only with topical issues of national literature, but also with topical issues of pedagogy in general, education of the younger generation.
- The highest partnership management body of the university is the Academic Council. The procedure for organizing the work of the Academic Council is developed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on education", the standard rules for the activities of educational organizations that distribute educational programs of higher professional education and the Charter of International Taraz innovation institute.
- The chairman of the Academic Council is the rector of the University, doctor of philology, professor Saurykov Yerbolat Bayuzakovich.
- On the basis of the order of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 574 dated 22.11.2007 "on approval of the standard rules of activity of the Academic Council of the University and the procedure for its election", the composition of the Academic Council is formed for each new academic year. According to the plan, meetings of the Mazhilis are held during the academic year. Meetings of the Academic Council, held on the last Thursday of each month, are held on a regular and timely basis with a full quorum of the members of the Academic Council and chaired by the rector of the University. - Large-scale events covering the university level are on the agenda of the Academic Council. For example, career guidance work among high school graduates, preparation for passing the unified national test, work of a Scientific Library, approval of schedules and curricula for the new academic year, the list of teachers who have the right to give lectures, the formation of a contingent of students, etc.
- The Academic Council creates all the conditions for the university to work at the level of the requirements of the Ministry as one of the leading educational institutions in the region in training competitive specialists during the academic year. Structural changes in the University, staffing, financial estimates for various meetings and other issues, and measures necessary for the normal conduct of the educational process are discussed and considered as various issues.
