Aitekova Kuralai Uskenbayevna was born on April 14, 1972 in Yertay village of Zhualyn District of Zhambyl region. NationalityKazakh.
In 1989, she graduated from M. Lermontov secondary school in Zhualyn District of Zhambyl region.
In 1990, she entered the Al-Farabi Kazakh state National University in Almaty, majoring in geography, and in 1995 she graduated from this university.
