Alimbetov Abdugaffar Vaisbekovich

Born in 1976 in Karakalpakstan. Education - Higher lawyer. In 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of law of Karakalpak State University named after K. Berdak. From 1997 to 1999, he worked as a teacher at the College of entrepreneurship in his specialty.

In 2001-2010, he worked as a teacher, senior lecturer at the Department of "State and criminal law" of the Taraz Institute of the International Kazakh-Turkish university named after A. Yasavi.

From 2002 to 2005, he was a post-graduate student at the Almaty Institute of the International Kazakh-Turkish university named after A. Yasavi.

In 2009, he successfully defended his PhD thesis and received the degree of candidate of law.

From 2010 to 2020, he worked as the head of the Department, Associate Professor of Tarsu named after M. H. Dulati.

He has published more than 60 scientific articles on the history of the state and law, the history of political and legal teachings.

He is the author of the textbook "Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (General part), published by the team of authors, and the educational and visual manual (sketch album) in Kazakh "public international law" in co-authorship.

Description and activities of the faculty

 

Distance learning - training carried out using information and communication technologies and telecommunications tools in indirect (remote) or incomplete indirect interaction between a student and a teacher.

Distance education technologies are based on conducting distance learning classes in the "online", "offline" mode. Training sessions in the" online " mode provide for the process of interaction between learning in real time (video conferencing, internet messaging, telephone negotiations). Training sessions in the" online " mode provide for the process of asynchronous communication between the teacher and the student (e – mail, subsequent work of the student with the textbook on behalf of the teacher with the passing of intermediate and/or final control).

Current control and intermediate certification of students ' academic performance is carried out in accordance with the working curriculum, academic calendar and curricula. Students who study using distance learning technologies will have the following opportunities and advantages.
