MaliktayevaPernekulMaliktayevna graduated with honors from Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati in 2000 with a degree in "bread, sweet food, pasta and food concentrates".

She started his career in 2001 as a teacher at the Department "labor protection and life safety" of Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati. From 2001 to 2005, she studied full-time at Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati, majoring in 05.18.12 "processes and apparatuses of food products". On June 28, 2008, she defended his scientific work at the Almaty Technological University on the topic: "education of parameters of the National acid-containing tablet process on the basis of grain cheese". By the decision of the committee for control in the field of education and science of the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 27, 2008 (Protocol No. 12), she was awarded the academic degree of candidate of technical sciences. In 2013, by the decision of the Presidium of the Regional Academy of management of Pavlodar (Protocol No. 2, 27.02.2013), he was awarded the academic degree of associate professor.

Since 2005, he has been working as a researcher in the "research and production shop" of the Taraz Institute of A. Yasavi MKTU, and since 2008, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of "standardization and certification" of the Taraz innovation and humanitarian University.

Since 2017, he has been the head of the Department of" standardization and veterinary sanitation".

To date, he is the author of 70 scientific articles, 2 textbooks, 2 textbooks and 2 Innovative Patents, as well as the results of 4 scientific works have been included in the educational process of Taraz innovative humanitarian University and 5 works have been included in the production process.
