TRADE UNION

A trade union is a voluntary organization created to protect the socio-economic rights and interests of its members, uniting employees in production and non-production areas. The organization is a mass voluntary public association of citizens, organized according to the nature of its activities and common professional interests.

Trade unions play an important role in resolving issues related to labor relations, employment, employment and dismissal, duration and regime of working hours and rest, wages, and more.

The Trade Union of Taraz Innovative Humanities University has more than 200 members. The organization is headed by AlimkulovaShyrynIslambekovna. Every event within the university is actively attended by the organization.
