- The Academic Council creates all the conditions for the university to work at the level of the requirements of the Ministry as one of the leading educational institutions in the region in training competitive specialists during the academic year. Structural changes in the University, staffing, financial estimates for various meetings and other issues, and measures necessary for the normal conduct of the educational process are discussed and considered as various issues.

Council of veterans
On February 20, 2020, organized by Taraz Innovative Humanities University and Taraz City Council of Veterans, a meeting "Veterans - an example of wisdom and glory" dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory was held at the university.
The student took part in the meeting in order to instill in young people a sense of patriotism, heroism, information about veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the Afghan war, the home front and the heroism of the people of Kazakhstan, education to respect veterans, love their homeland, country, homeland. Veterans of the Great Patriotic War Berdybayev Muskhan, Belgibayev Begasyl elders, veteran of the home front Seidualiyev Nareym, members of the public association "Afghan war veterans and invalids of Zhambyl region and Taraz" and veterans of TIGU took part.
On March 11, 2020, the festival "Abai readings" was organized. In honor of the 175th anniversary of Abay Kunanbayevich to study the essence of the work of the genius poet in the spirituality of the independent country, to contribute to the literature and culture of the sovereign country, and the President K.K. The festival was held to promote Tokayev's article "Abai and Kazakhstan in the XXI century."
