INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "FORMATION OF THE HISTORY OF CHILDREN'S LITERATURE AND ACTUAL ISSUES OF PHILOLOGICAL SCIENCE IN THE ERA OF NEW KAZAKHSTAN"

From March 30 to March 31, 2023, the International Taraz Innovation Institute named after Sherkhan Murtaza hosted an international scientific and practical conference "Formation of the history of children's literature and actual issues of philological science in the era of New Kazakhstan", dedicated to the 65th anniversary of Mendibay Abilov, a member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, professor of the Academy of Management (Pavlodar), candidate of philological Sciences.

The first congratulatory speech was delivered by the Rector of the International Taraz Innovation Institute, d.e.s. Marat Bayandin; advisor to the Rector on Science and Commercialization, d.e.s, Professor Serik Tazhibaev greeted the speakers of the plenary meeting and introduced them to the latest news in science.

The editor-in-chief of the Zhambyl regional newspaper "Akzhol", the head of the Zhambyl regional branch of the Kazakhstan Writers' Union, Hamit Yesaman wished success to the participants of the conference.

8 reports were presented at plenary session:

PERKHAN ALLAMBERGENOVA - doctoral student of the University of journalism and mass communications of Uzbekistan, c.ph.s., Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan. The report topic: «Телевидение және балалар әдебиеті»;

MAKHSET ALSEITOV - teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly secondary school, poet, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty region. The report topic: «Тереңнен бастау алатын балалар әдебиеті»;

NAFFOL BOLTAYEV - candidate of the University of journalism and mass communications of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan. The report topic: «Жаҳон болалар адабиёти ва унинг ўзбек  радиосидаги тарғиботи»;

NURSULU SADEN - Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulati, 1st year student of «Kazakh Language and Literature Education Program» of «Ustaz» Institute, Taraz, the Republic of Kazakhstan. The report topic: «Меңдібай Әбілұлы–сықақшы жазушы»;

KAMILA AYAZBAY - student of the 7th grade of gymnasium # 1 named after A. Bukeikhanov, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Taraz. The report topic: «Бердібек Соқпақбаев, Оралхан Бөкей шығармаларындағы жеткіншек бейнесі». Scientific supervisor: Madina  Musabekova;

NAZERKE AIBAS - student of the 9th grade of the general Secondary School #20 named after Turar Ryskulov, Merke district, Zhambyl region. The report topic: «Founders of children's literature». Scientific supervisor: Aiganym Muratbaeva;

Mr. Moo - teacher-trainer at the University of Leeds, Leeds. Center for Learning English with language carriers. The report topic: «Children's literature in the UK»;

Mrs. ALFREDER - teacher-trainer at the University of Rhode Island, Manchester. "Center for Learning English with language carriers. The report topic: «Mendibay Abilovich and children's oral literature of ancient times».

TEMIRBAI MUKASHEV - Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulati, docent of the «Philology and Journalism» department, Ph.D. The report topic: «М.Әбілұлы және қазақ балалар әдебиеті».
