On February 25, 2021, Vice-Rector for Science, Innovation and International Cooperation of the International Taraz Innovative Institute Serik Tazhibayev paid a working visit to the Institute of Economics and Finance (Republic of Kyrgyzstan). During the official meeting, the universities signed an agreement on the implementation of the double degree program in the priority specialties «Finance», «Accounting and Audit», within which the parties agreed to conduct training under the «2+2» scheme for bachelor's degree programs. In order to coordinate educational programs and methods, partner universities will organize joint scientific and methodological seminars, as well as internships for teaching staff. Individual disciplines will be taught using distance learning technologies. A student who has completed training in this educational program will be awarded a bachelor's degree in the chosen field and will be awarded two diplomas of the state standard «ITII» and the state standard «IEF» at the same time.

In addition, an agreement on scientific and educational cooperation was signed with the International University of Kuwait, within the framework of which the parties plan to interact in the specialties «Pedagogy», «Computer Science», «Economics», «Law».
