Head of the Department
Satkei Talgat Beisenbievich was born on 07.05.1982 in Taraz.
In 1999, he graduated from secondary school No. 45 named after B. Momyshuly.
From 1999 to 2003, he studied at the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov in Karaganda. After graduation, until February 2006, he worked in the Department of internal affairs of Zhambyl district as an operative of the Department of internal affairs, then as a deputy head of the Department of internal affairs.
From February 2006 to January 2009, he worked in the operational and criminal division of the Department of internal affairs of Zhambyl region as a senior operative, then as deputy head of the operational and criminal division of the Department of internal affairs of Zhambyl region.
From January 2009 to November 2009, he held the position of deputy head of the operational and Forensic Department of the Department of internal affairs of Taraz.
From March 2012 to September 2014, she worked as a teacher at the College "Parasat", then as the head of the Department of "social and humanitarian disciplines and law".
Since 2014, I have been working at Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati. Until September 2020, she worked at the Faculty of law as a teacher, then as a senior lecturer, deputy dean for educational work, head of the Department of "State and administrative law".
In 2014, I defended my master's thesis at Zhambyl humanitarian and Technical University.
In 2018, he graduated from the doctoral program at the Free University of Varna named after Ch. Khrabr. In March 2018, I defended my doctoral dissertation. In February 2019, it was recognized by the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
I speak Kazakh and Russian fluently, and I speak English with a dictionary.
