Head of the Department
Gazayev Askhat Ibragimovich I was born on August 22, 1980 in the village of Lugovoy, Zhambyl region. I went to the secondary school number 33 named after T. Ryskulov in 1986 and graduated in 1997.
In 2003 I graduated from Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati with a degree in "Jurisprudence" and received a degree in law.
In 2008 I entered the Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati with a master's degree in "Jurisprudence", graduated from this university in 2010 and received the academic degree of "Master of Law".
In 2016-2018, Ch. I studied for a doctorate at the Free University of Varna named after Hrabr and received a doctorate in criminology.
In 2018, by the decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 1641, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in "Jurisprudence".
In 2007, I got a job as an inspector at the Center for Monitoring the Quality Assessment of Education at Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati.
In 2008 I worked as an assistant at the Department of "Criminal Law" of the Faculty of Law, in 2009 I worked as a teacher at the same department.
In 2010 I passed the competition for the position of senior lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law.
2015-2016 Deputy Dean for Research at the Faculty of Law of TarSU.
2016-2017 Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of TarSU Law Faculty.
2017-2019 Head of the Department of Civil Service and Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, TarSU.
2019-2020 Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure, Faculty of Law, TarSU.
From 2021 to the present I am the head of the department of "Civil and Criminal Law" of the Institute of International Relations.
I am married and have three children.

Department of "civil and criminal law"
In the 2nd semester of the 2020-2021 academic year, by order of the Rector of the Taraz International Innovation Institute, the Faculty of Law was separated from the Faculty of Economics and Law and opened as an independent structural unit. Two departments of this faculty were opened. One of them is the Department of Civil and Criminal Law. The head of this department is PhD, Doctor of Criminology, Ph.D. A.I. Gazayev has been appointed.
Educational programs were developed at the department and approved by the Academic Council of the University on January 23, 2020. Thedepartmenttrainsspecialistsinthefollowingeducationalprograms:
- Bachelor and Master of Law 6B04201-Jurisprudence "Law" prepares specialists 7M04201-Master of Law "Master of Law", "Master of Law". 6B04201 - "Jurisprudence" specialty and master's degree 7M04201-Master of Law educational program "Master of Law" is developed in accordance with the mission of the University. Provides training of highly qualified specialists who are competitive in the labor market. Taking into account modern requirements, he trains future leaders in his professional career.
Students of educational programs of the department undergo training, educational, internships in Taraz №1PB, Operational Forensics Department of Zhambyl region, Police Department of Zhambyl region, Regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs of Zhambyl region, Department of Justice of Zhambyl region. Contractshavebeensignedwiththeseinstitutions.
In accordance with the peculiarities of the disciplines taught by the Department of Civil and Criminal Law, the material and technical base of the Faculty of Law is a well-developed department. For students of the educational program "Jurisprudence" there is a forensic laboratory of the department 1-1.003. This laboratory is equipped with a "living room", a training ground. The "living room" of the training ground is modeled on the crime scene, and is equipped with a visual mirror for identification. There students learn to implement forensic tactics and fill out protocols. The forensic suitcase and the investigator's suitcase are used to obtain material evidence, to take fingerprints, to copy the traces.
In addition, the courtroom of the department - room 1-1.002 helps to combine students' knowledge with practice. "Courtroom" is designed to master the basics of rhetoric, judicial oratory, conflictology, criminal law and criminal procedure, civil law and civil procedure. In order to create a realistic environment in the reading room, which is fully equipped with modern equipment, there are regular educational trials, as well as students can conduct independent work and laboratory work in these specially equipped classrooms.
The department is covered by specialized classrooms of Civil Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan -1-1-303a and Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan-1-1.301. Theseclassroomsareequippedwithmoderntechnologicaldevices.
In the framework of international cooperation in the 2021 academic year, the department has signed an agreement with the "European Education Forum", which represents the interests of more than a dozen universities of the European Union. Within the framework of the agreement, the issues of academic mobility of students, academic mobility of faculty, international professional development are addressed.

In order to improve the quality of education of students and improve the legal knowledge of senior students of schools and colleges of Zhambyl region, an agreement was signed with the Prosecutor's Office of Zhambyl region. Under this agreement, research was conducted on "Prevention of juvenile delinquency" and "Juvenile law."
